This Tincture is an extract of herbs made by soaking Lemon Balm, Chamomile, and Valerian Root in alcohol for an extended period of time. The alcohol pulls out the beneficial properties of the herbs while also serving as a preservative. 

Lemon Balm, deriving from the mint family, is a herb that is used to treat anxiety, insomnia, digestive issues, liver disorders, and problems with the nervous system. It is known to promote feel-good hormones and is commonly used for treating headaches, nausea, indigestion, and sleep-related issues.
Chamomile, fighting anxiety and depression, is a fantastic herb known for its soothing aid. It has strong anti-inflammatory and pain-reducing properties, improves digestion, promotes skin health, and improves heart health and teeth health too.
Valerian Root, used mainly to improve the quality of sleep, may also help reduce anxiety, calm hot flushes for women going through menopause, and reduce anxiety and insomnia.

Add 1-3 dropperfuls to your water/juice/tea/coffee. Use up to 3x daily.
